22 things that I've realized in the 4th year

Hi everyone
Today I want to share with you the simple things that I knew before my 4th year, and I want you to be better than me. To know them just continue reading.

1. Friendship is a key,
Friends will add to your days, so much joy, they will make your good days awesome. And they will make the difficult ones an Okay days. Also, be open to people around you because you might get a new friend.
2. Sleep comes before studying,
For me at least, sleep well because you need it and deserve it after a long day at the hospital.
3. You get what you pay for,
That applies to your knowledge and experiences, when you put more time studying. Also, when you pay attention in the lectures and in the rotation believe me that will pay back.
4. Make a good first impression,
Dress nicely and look professional and also comfortable at the same time.
5. Wear comfortable shoes,
Especially in your first day because you will go everywhere trying to find your first patient.
6. Summarize as many lectures as possible,
It will save you time later when the midterms come before you realize.
7. Take BREAKS,
Even if you don't feel taking a break just do it to prevent yourself from burning out.
8. Take notes in the rotation on your phone,
Because 90% of the times you won't be able to read what you have written.
9. Ask and don't be ashamed if you don't know,
You are here to learn more and build your knowledge, so it's okay, but then go and read at home.
10. Eat your breakfast before starting your busy day,
Because once you start the day you won't stop only if you crush down, and you don't want to have that happen to you.
11. Don't print your lectures,
Just summarize on paper or add notes to the margin of your books. This will save your time, your money and the planet.
12. Bring only what you need,
Don't bring things that you "might" need, bring it if you know that you will use it 100%. And keep your credit card with you all the time, so you can buy anything that becomes necessary.
13. Have some self-time every single day,
To reflect and refresh your mood, this is just another way of meditation / self-love.
14. Treat yourself with something that you love at least once a month,
15. Make walking your friend,
It will help you to get away from people, problems and let you finish your steps of the day.
16. Reserve your seat at the library at early morning during the exam’s weeks.
17. Put sunscreen every day to protect your skin,
Skin burns are real >_<
18. If you have time to read more about the lecture topic,
The more the better always remember this.
19. Change your studying environment if you feel less productive.
20. Caffeine isn't a solution to your problems,
Yes, it's so good in putting us in a better mood, but it will never equal the energy that comes from sleeping for 7 to 8 hours.
21. It's okay to feel sad and unmotivated sometimes,
Give yourself time to cry and to be mad, but never make too long.
22. Review the old exams / Q bank before your midterms or finals.
