How to get a lot done in your day

Happy Friday / Saudi national day 💚
Finally, I force myself to type down this blog post and publish it, I have been procrastinating and running away for no reason and saying LATER. But, I knew that if I didn't do it today it will end up being never.
Here I'm bringing general tips and I think these will be helpful. Not all of these tips might fit your lifestyle, but hopefully some of them work for you.

1- Breaking down larger tasks,
This will help you have constant progress of your projects and also having better quality of the outcomes.
2- Do the tasks as soon as you wake up,
When you wake up your mind in clearer and you will be less distracted, so make sure to use early morning time "after daybreak prayer / Alfajer prayer" to get done with some tasks.
3- If the task need minutes to be done, finish it immediately,
This tip is similar to the previous one, but this more related to daily tasks like space organization or writing your to-do list.
4- Reduce the time of the routine stuff,
This need some practice in the long term to be able to spend time in doing these routine things, like shower or preparing breakfast.
5- Depend on your discipline instead of motivation,
Because we all have those unmotivated days that we don't want to get anything done at all, and if we wait for motivation to be able to work the pile of work will be accumulated and things will go out of control.
6- Don't put strict time for each one of your tasks if not necessary.
7- Workout,
This will be added to the accomplished things in your to-do list, also it will help you to clear your mind and fight your stress.
8- Treat your stress as a good thing "momentum" that push you to do more.
9- Stop working an hour before your sleeping time,
That will make you slow down and relax, which will hopefully give you a good night's sleep.
10- Your body LOVES routine, so do what your body loves.
11- Write things down when they pop up in your head,
So, you will not forget them or distracted by them.
12- Be prepared for pan B and have spare time,
This will make you able to handle the changes in your schedule quicker and adapt easier.
13- Have some self-time every day if possible,
When you treat yourself well you will be able to give more, this self-time could be a small thing like a cup of coffee or tea.
14- Make sure that during each day that you become closer toward your goals.
15- Let bad / unexpected things or situations go,
Don't let them break your day and affect your mood. And if you need to go back again to these things do them later, first do what you should be doing at that time.
16- Keep your to-do list for yourself,
Don't share it with people because that will make you less likely to get them done as you would expect, that due to the satisfaction your mind get when tell someone about them.
