Hi everybody ~

long time no see,,

Today I come back with tips that I personally follow to make sure my life is organize and also I go back to these reminders to reorganize my life when things go out the control.

1- Make your space clean.

Making the place that you are working in clean will make able to do better, because will be less detracted will the mess. Also, while cleaning your space, make sure to know where did you put things so that you keep the place clean as much as possible.

2- Establish cleaning routine.

This tip is related to tip number one, make sure to schedule time every week or so to do some cleaning. Like vacuuming, doing laundry and wiping the surfaces around your place.

3- Have weekly/ monthly timetable.

This ably to everything in your life, not only work or university, make your own timetable and distribute your tasks in a balanced way. Remember that life is all about prioritizing, we all have 24 hours per day and we can learn time management skills. Also, make weekly or monthly goals and make sure to accomplish them through that time.

4- Use your phone less.

We all know how much our phones consume time and make us lose track of our days. And because we know that we need to start working on this from know so that we get better with time. One way that help me to use it less is an App that tells me how much I use the phone every day and by knowing that I make sure to use it less. Also, I make sure to limit the number of Apps in my phone and only keep the necessary ones. Also, you could use some Apps that block some programs for a certain number of hours.

5- Get things done without too much thinking before you start.

Overthinking usually involve emotions and opinion toward the task and those things make us hesitant when we do anything. So, make sure to start working on your tasks when the time for doing them comes. And form your ideas and emotions along the way and not before doing the tasks.

6- Sleep well.

We all know how much sleep is important and help us to have stable mood, good level of energy and makes us able to think better. So, make sure that sleeping is one of your top priorities.

7- Take breaks and have fun.

Make sure to take breaks while accomplishing all the great things, taking those breaks slow you down and reduce your stress and keep you energized to continue working on your goals. So, taking breaks after long, stressful week will NEVER be a waste of your time.
