Positivity

Hello ~

Good afternoon people, I hope that you all happy and relax.

Today I want to talk about topic that I'm so passionate about it, the topic that I feel just a part of me that I can't give it up. Optimism / positivity something I've been working on it for over a year, because I believe in it. I believe that all of us surrounded by aura of energy that get affected by the way that we are thinking about. And this aura can be change as we change the way we think.

To be honest I didn't realize that I was negative at the second year of college, and the person who told me that I was negative is my MOTHER. Now, when I look back all I remember that I was always sad, have low energy, things didn't work for me and I didn't get what I want. I didn't accept the less and always wanted more and more, also I didn't appreciate what I have. From what I've said that I was in bad situation.

After my mom told me those words, I felt that I need to d something about it because I never have been that bad. And during the last months of that year "the second year" I tracked my thinking and analyzed as much as I could. And at the summer of 2015 my work started.

Now I'm going to summarize what I did in small steps that I hope it will help you to become more positive.

1. Evaluate how much positive and negative you are, in which team you more belong. How you would act when something suddenly happen to you, then write those thoughts on paper so that you won't forget it. And then return to it to re-evaluate your improvement.

2. Be aware of your thoughts, changing the way that you think about things is the key factor to become optimistic person. Everything starts from your brain, so changing what's in your brain will change the way that you look to the world. After your awareness start to fight / stop those negative ideas.

3. Search about the bright side of things, even those bad and unpleasant situations. At first this might take a while from you to find the light at the end of the tunnel, but as you get used to it becomes easier until you no longer need that much effort to find it. Your brain because trained to look for it all the time and very quickly.

4. Get rid of the negativity in your life, whether they are negative things, situations, memories or people. Say BYE to them and let them go forever, I know this is not easy because we get attached to those people and memories, and we want them to stay. But negativity will still affect you if it stays in your life.

5. Surround yourself with positive people and things, and make new happy memories that empower you. When your aim is positivity will start to recognize positive people, they will attack your attention with their charm. Add new positive things like quotes all around your life. Start to make new moment of happiness every single day by doing something small, like saying good morning to people or giving someone good cup of coffee, you will be surprise how it affect you.

6. Love and appreciate the small little things in your life, search for those little things that you thought they are so typical in your life. Just like your phone, your eyes, and your ability to read these words, your health and your family. When you start to pay attention to those things your will recognize how lucky you are and how much you have in your life that many people don't have.

Remember to be positive and realistic at the same time, positivity is a choice of life that will make an effect on everything. Also, changes take time and effort to become part of you, never give up and never stop on changes that you desire.
