Hi people
Happy Friday
Today I want to share with you few tips that I learned during the past 6 and half months of changing my life. I started my journey in February of this year and I want through many things and many phases but all these things made me better and stronger than ever, and I still in this journey until forever.

So, now let's start with those simple tips:
1- Define and analyze your lifestyle from all the aspects whether it's diet, exercise, stress management or sleep. See where are the problems and how much you are welling to make changes to fix them.
2- Educate yourself about the changes that you want to make, for example if you want to add exercise to your life search and learn about exercise for beginners and how to prevent injuries during exercising. Or if want to cut out things from your diet search for healthier alternatives.
3- Start slowly and add things one at a time. Changing you life isn't something easy to do in short time, it's a life journey that you need to work on all the times. So, make slow but permanent changes that you won't break it and return to the old habits.
4- It is okay to miss you old life and have some days like you used to live it before. We are humans and we always want to be conformable with what we are doing in out lives and that why we are struggling with long term changes. It's okay to eat one type of junk food every once in while and it's okay to skip your workout once a month or so. But remember that you need to do extra effort the next time so that you break the changes over and over again.
5- Be clear to yourself and the people in your life, tell them about your new change and don't do something that don't fit your new life. Remind yourself about your goal and work on it everyday.
6- Evaluate you progress, do it either weekly or monthly and see what are the good things that you do and your small mistakes and what have you learn from them.
Changing the life that you have lived throughout the years needs long time to be comfortable with it like you old one. Do these changes because you want them and welling to do them, forcing yourself won't make you strong enough to continue through this long journey.
I did many changes just because told me to do it or because they made my embarrassed of how I'm looking, and I failed after 1 month of trying. But when I started this time I did it for myself and because I love myself and I want to be healthier. NOT for weight loss or for bragging or shutting someone mouth. I'll keep do it all my life and I'm trying to be better at it.
