Hello~

I inspired by a YouTube video that I just watched to make this blog post. I will share things that I learned through my 21 years in life as well as things that I know that I need to work on them.

1- Being close to Allah makes anything and everything beautiful and better, makes all the good things happen. Also, this makes me more relaxed, more positive and happier.

2- Having structure / routine to my life is necessary, the structure forms stable things that I can do without thinking too much about it. Like knowing when to wake up, what to do during my mornings and when to study during school year.

3- Loving and accepting who I am with all my imperfections and insecurities, I learned that when I love myself I will work to make me a better person.

4- Caring about myself that include my mood, emotions and health. All this came from loving and accepting myself. I'm trying to live healthier lifestyle and also I'm surrounding myself with positive people.

5- Learning all the time is the best thing that you can do in your entire life and I try to learn from everyone and everywhere.

6- Being positive one of the keys to happy, energetic and calm life. Because you are always looking to the bright side and focusing on it.

7- Forgiving and letting things go, I'm forgiving all the people that hurt me before and letting all the bad energy go out of me. Letting all the scenes that I don't like go away from my memory and trying to make better ones.

8- Perfection does not exist and trying to be like perfectionist is a time waste and make me less realistic, so that why I'm embracing my imperfections because they making me unique.

9- Appreciating all the people and the things that I have, try to take care of them and show my love and my care toward them.

10- Listening to what other is saying about things and topics without necessarily following their opinions and ideas, I just try to understand their point of view and not be fanatic about what I have to say.

11- Knowing the abilities that I have makes me able to learn about myself and be able to focus my energy on the others areas that I'm not good at them.

12- Organizing and planning make things go smoother and better, and also I make sure to have plan B all the times because not everything that I plan will happen.

13- Mindfulness stop me from over- thinking and increase my attention span.

NOW coming to the things that I want to do them better

1- Being good enough to my parents, care and listen to them better. Also, make them less worried about me.

2- controlling my anger in a better way and clam myself down during that moment to not say anything that could hurt someone.

3- stopping myself from procrastination, and get things done earlier when I can do.

4- Helping people who I love and cheer them up, be around them and ask about them most of the time.

5- Going to the family's social events and be there more.

6- Learning to be more independent and manage my personal things alone without asking for unnecessary help.

7- Caring and developing my spiritual side and having a better knowledge about it.

8- Devoting more of my time and energy toward the dream of being a doctor.
