Hi guys..

Today I want to share with you how I plan my days during school year. This planning method does work for me very well. It might seem a lot for you , but it simpler than my old one. In this way I have general structure to my months and weeks, where I highlight the main things and keep the details to the same day. I usually don't limit myself with specific time to my tasks, but I give myself number of hours to get things done. The number of hours differ depending on what is going on during this day.

So, first let's take a look at what I use to plan :

First, I want to talk about my wall calendar or monthly view calendar, I use it to make all the up coming events at that months like tests, volunteering, family related stuff and of course my assignments and PBLs "Problem based learning". I do cross the days as the month goes and use highlighters to mark the main event of the whole month. Also, I got this calendar from Jarir bookstore.

Second, my desk or bag planner that I use more often. In this planner there are monthly and weekly views as well as empty pages for writing. I copy what I've written in the wall calendar, and I like to add comments at the box of especial days.

Coming to the weekly view where I write the events that related to each week and what I should prepare for some classes and when I'm gonna do my PBL's. I don't plan which lectures to study at the beginning of the week and instead I do it at the same day.

I use post it notes to write my to-do list for the day and that after I come back home, often I don't finish doing all the things in my list, but I try my best to do the most important things.

Here a look to my favorite pens to use, they double ended so I use them as markers and fine tip pens.

And that conclude this post and I hope that you got something from it. Remember to not over plan, live the moment and enjoy what are you doing.

Bye ~
